Eastern Circuit - Trim - Circuit Court - Order Re: Trinity Term sittings begin 1 June 2021

I, Patricia Ryan, President of the Circuit Court, in pursuance of the powers vested in me by Section 10 of the Courts of Justice Act 1947, and by other powers conferred on me, and having consulted the permanent Judge of the Eastern Circuit, do hereby Order the following:       

1. That the sitting of Trim Circuit Court scheduled to begin on Wednesday 2^nd June 2021 shall begin instead on Tuesday 1^st June 2021 and shall continue for as long as it takes to deal with criminal and other business returned for Trim.
2. That this Order shall be published as soon as possible on www.courts.ie.
